Today is the 10/7th – I definitely put in the hours to achieve my goals.
I learned a few things:
Some goals I made rapid progress on and finished early, and some goals I put in the hours but didn’t achieve them, and that’s alrgiht as it was more about the time/effort than outcome.
I’m going to be setting another challenge in the coming weeks and will post in here!

Great question!
Glad that you have been getting more engagement on your stories – this guy is killing it with the viral stories!
My understanding of the stories is you can use up to 10 hashtags in a story, and up to 30 in a regular post. I use maybe 3-5 hashtags as I don’t like my stories to be too crowded or spammy, but I guess you could make them smaller or hidden.
I have had a few stories get massive views of a few hundred per hashtag, but not recently, getting harder it seems to get story engagement outside of ‘bots’ @blakesminer might have some tips on this as well, not sure.
Keep up the good work @samanontherise and let me know if you have any further questions. #letsgethem
Greetings Sir!
Yes I have taken both Maca and Spirulina at times, I would take them more often, but it can be hard to find them when traveling around and can’t really justify carrying them with me when traveling.
but,
I have had good results with both of them.
Spirulina adds extra protein and nutrients that can be hard to get into the diet and also I feel like I have more energy when taking it on a regular basis, but a lot of that might just be placebo, but worth it imo.
Maca – has a ginseng like effect on me, where I feel my body temperature rises slightly, but I’m quite sensitive to heat as it is. I also note the potency of ‘male firmness’ jajaj like ginseng, my libido doesn’t lie when on this stuff, and I highly recommend it to people who are looking for a ‘natural viagra’ source.
I’m currently living in Peru (world’s largest maca exporter I believe) so take maca frequently and have being having great results.
What other supplements do you take on a regular basis? and would you recommend?
I take basic vitamins like:
– vitamin C
– omega 3
– vitamin E
and then cycle creatine and protein powders – trying to stay more plant based proteins these days, just feel better overall and get less indigestion and skin reactions.
Gratitude,
The Professor
