Yes I have taken both Maca and Spirulina at times, I would take them more often, but it can be hard to find them when traveling around and can’t really justify carrying them with me when traveling.

I’ve been taking maca and spirulina for a number of years now and have been having good results with both products. Does anyone else take these supplements? Have you noticed any sort of improvement in energy levels or other benefits?
